Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Job Vacancy details is as follows. Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a national-level class D financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank is jointly promoted by nine banks (8 commercial banks and 1 development bank) in Nepal, is currently providing microfinance transactions and services through 129 branch offices in various 60 districts of Nepal.

Since Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to open the branch offices, monitoring offices, provincial offices, and central offices in the future, it invites interested and experienced Nepali citizens who have reached the prescribed qualification are invited to apply according to the prescribed format and must arrive to the following address within the office hours till Baishakh 2 2078.

Required Qualification and Experience for Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Job Vacancy:

(A) Departmental Head (Monitoring and Supervision Department) Managerial / Officer Level:

Candidates who have passed the Master Level or similar examination and have at least 4 years of official work experience in the field of Microfinance and Banking can apply for Managerial Level. Applicants who have passed the minimum bachelor’s level or similar examination and have at least 5 years of officer level work experience in microfinance and banking can apply for officer level post at Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. Preference shall be given to those candidates who have 6 years of experience in the field of Microfinance and Banking and who have worked in the Central Office, have motorcycle and motorcycle driver license and are good in computer-related tasks.

(B) Province Head Managerial / Officer Level:

Candidates who have passed the master level or similar examination and have at least 4 years of official work experience in the field of microfinance and banking can apply for the managerial level. Candidates who have at least passed bachelor level or similar examination and have at least 5 years of official work experience in the field of microfinance and banking can apply for Officer Level. Preference shall be given to candidates with 5 years of Officer Level work experience in the field of Microfinance and Banking and who have worked at Central / Provincial Offices, have motorcycle and motorcycle driver license, and are proficient in commuter related work can apply for Officer Level post at Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

(C) Monitoring Officer:

Applicants with at least bachelor’s level or similar examination degree and having at least 3 years of work experience in the field of microfinance and banking at the central / area offices can apply for Monitoring Officer at Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. Preference shall be given to candidates who have worked in the Central / Area Offices for 5 years in the field of microfinance and banking and have motorcycle and motorcycle driver’s licence and proficient in computer related tasks.

(D) Branch Officer:

Candidates with minimum proficiency level or equivalent certificate and have at least 3 years of working experience in the field of microfinance and banking can apply for Branch Officer at Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. Preference shall be given to candidates who have worked in the microfinance or banks as branch officer for 2 years or worked in microfinance or bank for 4 years and have motorcycle and motorcycle driver’s licence and proficient in computer related tasks.

(E) Junior Assistant:

Candidates with minimum proficiency level or equivalent certificate and have at least 1 year of working experience in the field of microfinance and banking can apply for Junior Assistant at Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. Preference shall be given to candidates who have worked in the microfinance or banks for 2 years and have motorcycle and motorcycle driver’s licence and proficient in computer related tasks.

(F) Junior Assistant Trainee:

Candidates with minimum proficiency certificate level (10 + 2) or similar examination can apply for Junior Assistant Trainee at‌ Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. Preference shall be given to those who have worked in the microfinance and banking sector for at least 6 months have motorcycle and motorcycle driver’s license and are proficient in computer-related tasks.

Age: Not exceeding 40 years for managerial and officer level and minimum 18 years for Assistant Level and not exceeding 35 years. However, in the case of women, 5 more years will be considered.

Note: The above serial number 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 posts will be appointed on permanent basis or with 6 months probation based on experience but when calculating the working period, the probation period will also be counted as permanent period. Further, for the post in No. 6 an appointment will be given as Trainee for 6 months.
