Applications are being accepted for Purbanchal University Service Commission Internal Vacancy 2081 for Professor and Associate Professor to be filled through internal competition, from faculties who have been continuously employed at Purbanchal University and meet the required educational and other requirements for the following educational posts.

Applications must be sent in two copies to the Office of the Purbanchal University Service Commission, Gothgaon, Morang, by 2:00 PM on 2081 Magh 18 (or by 2:00 PM on 2081 Magh 25 for a double fee). Applications that are submitted after the deadline or that don’t meet the minimum required standards won’t be considered. Applicants must provide the original bank voucher of Nabil Bank Limited, BIratnagar Branch for the amount deposited in the PU SEWA AAYOG OFFICE current account no. 00710017518907, as well as two certified copies of the following documents:

1. Certified copies of academic transcripts and certificates from all levels above SLC.
2. Experience letters (clearly stating the date and campus/office where employed, for permanent, temporary, contract, unpaid leave, deputation, transfer, promotion, etc.).
3. Three recent passport-size photographs.
4. Seven copies of the personal bio-data (CV).
5. Certified copies of appointment letters for permanent/temporary/contract service.
6. Books, research works, and publications written for one position below the applied position (as per the Purbanchal University Teacher Selection and Promotion Process and Procedures, 2073, Schedule 3).
7. The application form must be submitted along with all documents mentioned in points 1 to 6 and books, research works, and publications published before the advertisement was published. Otherwise, the application form will not be accepted if any required documents are missing.
